We at Su Iccha strongly believe and expertise in gender equality laws with a special focus on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act, 2013. The act was introduced to safeguard women at workplace, which has come a long way and has paved a way to mandatorily implement the POSH policies, gender equal policies along with regular sensitization and awareness of sexual abuse including systematic harassment and hostile work environment.
We deal in court cases involving gender discrimination and Sexual Harassment at Workplace, however, we aim at resolving such disputes internally, as mandated by the law under the jurisdiction of Internal Complaints Committee.
We are in association with Su Iccha Foundation, an NGO dedicated towards the prevention of sexual harassment, abuse and gender discrimination.
Legislations in our focus are: Transgender Equality Act, 2019, Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
